Rochester woman seriously hurt in traffic wreck

A 50 year old Rochester woman was seriously injured this morning in a two vehicle traffic wreck on West River Road, near Essex Park.Police say the woman was northbound when she lost control of her car just before 6:30 and it was hit on the passenger side by an oncoming vehicle. The woman was ejected and witnesses say she was not breathing and

had no pulse when they checked her. They began CPR until officers arrived. The woman was taken to St. Mary’s. Her name has not been released yet.
