Samm Continues Her Pumpkin Mission – Pumpkin Pie Cookie

My mission: to try as many pumpkin flavored products as possible!

Today’s pumpkin dish – Pumpkin Pie Cookie. 

This little sandwich shop has some of the greatest cookies EVER! Potbelly's is one of my favorite places to eat in town. I have never had a single complaint about ANY of their food, and that delicious streak continues with their new pumpkin pie cookie.

Thoughts?

Perfectly crisp on the outside, and gooey in the middle.

My husbands thoughts, "it's the kind of cookie you always hoped for in high school for lunch." LOL...

It seriously is one of the best cookies I've EVER had!!
