Samm Had a Painfully Long Weekend

So, this is how I spent my weekend....

Friday night, I was sprinting into home at my softball game when I turned my head to see the guy that hit the ball, and boom!!  I hit a hole and before I knew it was gimping off the field - instant pain.  I've sprained my ankle plenty of times, so I broke out the crutches and to the R-I-C-E I went.
