Second phase of 2nd St SW project set to begin today

The second section of Rochester’s 2nd street southwest project is scheduled to begin today.It calls for the reconstruction of the street between 23rd avenue and West Circle Drive. The project will eliminate one lane each way and add a center lane for left and right turns. Work on the first phase will also continue for an indefinite period.
