I was pretty apprehensive about running the Insane Inflatable 5K in Saturday, and to be honest, I hadn't planned on doing so (mostly because I'm grossly out of shape).  But when our digital guy Frank harnessed up the Go-Pro (video you'll see soon at kroc.com) and asked if I would run it with him, I decided to tough it out.

Besides almost tossing my cookies at the finish (again, because I'm grossly out of shape), I thought it was AWESOME!  We hope you thought the same!
