Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Olmsted Count Sheriff’s Office is currently asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jeffrey Keith Thomsen. Thomsen has an active Olmsted County arrest warrant for a Probation Violation on a gross misdemeanor assault conviction. Thomsen is accused of failing to meet and maintain contact with DFO Community Corrections. The warrant was issued on August 14th, 2015.

Thomsen has been seen at his residence in the 3500 block of Prairie Court NE in Haverhill Township of Olmsted County. Thomsen has been able to elude arrest by fleeing in a motor vehicle from Olmsted County Deputies on November 7th, 2015. On that date, at approximately 5:00 PM, an Olmsted County Deputy attempted to stop Thomsen in a motor vehicle. Thomsen fled on East Circle Drive NE in the city of Rochester and was not located.

Thomsen is believed to be driving a 1996 Acura 4-door sedan, green in color with MN license plate 549RVX. Thomsen was seen by law enforcement as recently as November 14th, 2015, but once again was able to elude law enforcement.

Law Enforcement also has reason to believe that Thomsen was involved in a separate fleeing from law enforcement incident on November 9th, 2015 at approximately 01:30 AM in rural Goodhue County. During that incident, a black Cadillac vehicle fled from deputies with the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office near the intersection of Goodhue County Roads 9 & 6. The vehicle registered to a deceased relative of Thomsen.
