I found this Post Bulletin article in which the Mayor says he will pay his own way, but Rochester's City Administrator says the city should pick up the tab. In the article, City Administrator Stevan Kvenvold, is quoted as saying, "I believe the city should pay for it. He was invited as the mayor of the city -- he wasn't invited as Ardell Brede -- so I would think that the city should pay for it."

So who do you think should cover the trip expenses?
