Six Rochester Men Arrested on Child Porn Charges
A 10-month child pornography investigation has resulted in the arrests of six Rochester men.
Rochester Police, the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department, along with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children unit, the FBI, and Goodhue County authorities were involved in gathering the evidence that led to the arrests.
A statement identified the men as:
- 58-year-old Mark McGinley
- 20-year-old Lukky Chang
- 20-year-old Dennis Ouk
- 52-year-old Mark Pine
- 29-year-old Evan Erickson
- 47-year-old Christopher Dezutter
They are expected to be charged with possession and/or dissemination of child pornography. McGinley is also accused of manufacturing child pornography with a victim known to him, and officials say investigators are working to determine if there could have been additional victims. They also say additional arrests are possible.
