Official festivities for the first regular season game at U.S. Bank stadium started at 3 O'Clock this afternoon outside of the new building and featured live music and fun activities for families. By now everyone has moved inside the stadium and should expect plenty of entertainment.

The Vikings have several big things planned for this prime-time game against Green Bay. Jordin Sparks, who won American Idol nearly a decade ago, will perform the National Anthem, the Minnesota Orchestra will perform at halftime and the team will  honor Jacob Wetterling and Prince.

According to the Star Tribune, The Prince tribute is apparently going to be really special. It has been kept top-secret, most Vikings' staffers haven't even gotten a preview.
