Stan stands 40 feet tall and this year he's bringing some buddies with when he returns to Rochester.

Attendees will get an up close look at Stan's impressive teeth and learn all about the life of a T rex.  The display will also include a full skeleton, 27 foot, Allosaurus and fossil skulls of a Gorgosaurus and Tarbosaurus, all theropod cousins of T.rex.

Stan attracted 18,000 visitors when he was first on display at Quarry Hill Nature Center back in 2006.

This year's exhibit runs from March 5th - April 10th. Open Mon-Fri 2 pm – 5 pm, Sat 9 am – 5 pm and Sun noon – 5 pm, exhibit admission is $4/adult and $3/child.

Kids Night with the Dinosaurs (K-5th grade) March 11, 5 – 8:30 pm Step into the past on a paleontology adventure with Stan the T.rex and Big Al the Allosaurus. ‘Bone up’ on dino-facts, dig into pizza and snuggle with Stan during a showing of Night at the Museum.

Drinks with Dinos:                                                                                                           Bock Beer Celebration March 18, 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. Wander back in time 65 million years ago during this Spring Bock Beer tasting event hosted by Andy’s Liquor. Live music by Thomas and the Rain.
