Southeast Minnesota will see themselves in a Wind Advisory Monday afternoon starting at three and going until midnight, according to the National Weather Service.
Stormy weather more common during the summer months than the first week of October is expected to develop across southeast Minnesota late Friday afternoon and evening.
The National Weather Service is reporting that Hazardous Weather in southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa. That includes Fillmore, Houston, Winona and Olmsted counties.

"Thunderstorms are likely this evening and tonight, especially
between 9 PM AND 3 AM...
Our meteorologists at the Weather Eye Weather Center tell us that over the next 5 days, SE MN will be the the hottest its been in the past 4 years. Temperatures will surpass 90 degrees, leaving people and pets at severe risk.
