The US Consumer Product Safety Commission and Bring Me the News are reporting that a baby carrier sold exclusively at Target stores and online is being recalled because the buckles could break causing the baby to fall out of the carrier.

No injuries have been reported but there have been some reports of buckles breaking.

The carrier being recalled is a Gold Inc. Eddie Bauer First Adventure infant carrier. The carrier is black and has "Eddie Bauer" and "First Adventure" on the front of the carrier.

If you think you own one of these carriers you should stop using it and contact Gold Inc. at 866-600-7205 or customerservice@goldbuginc.com to find out if your carrier is part of the recall.

If the carrier you own is a part of the recall you will receive a full refund or a replacement carrier of equal or greater value.
