Spotify just released their annual report on the most poplar first dance songs at weddings.

My wife and I got married in Italy so we didn't have a traditional reception. However, Bucchianico, the small Italian village where we said our "I Dos", happened to be holding a street festival the night of our wedding so we did get to dance. Our first song?  An Italian version of Psy's "Gangnam Style".  Pretty romantic, right?
