The Best Doughnuts in Minnesota Are a Short Drive from Rochester
The Bakery offers dozens of flavors of doughnuts and a huge selection of cookies, they're all made fresh every day.
In 2012, WCCO-TV viewers overwhelmingly voted for Bloedow's Bakery as the best place in the state for doughnut.
I have never been there but co-workers have brought Bloedow's in to work and the doughnuts are amazing.
WCCO reporter Matt Brickman said Bloedow’s received twice as many votes as the runner-up. Brickman talked to Mary Polus, she and her husband own the bakery, who said, "I think it’s a really cool recognition."
Bloedow's is located at 451 E Broadway St. in Winona. Their hours are listed below:
Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
