The Early 2014-15 Winter Forecast For Our Region

Remember last winter - the 8th coldest winter EVER! Remember leaving your water running to prevent pipes from freezing?  Remember getting over a foot of snow in April?  

I get angry just thinking about how cold it was last year!  It was brutal but we survived.  Winter became spring and then spring became... fall.  It feels like we skipped summer and went straight from spring to fall.  Guess what comes after fall?

Weathermen are already rolling out their early forecasts for winter and they don't look good. The team at Firsthand Weather has released their Preliminary 2014-15 Winter Forecast and they are predicting well below average temps.

Ugh.  I think this kid speaks for all of us!
