The Highest Paying Jobs in Minnesota

My job didn't make the list... Did yours?

Glassdoor just released their annual study on the highest paying jobs in the country.  Physician took the top spot nationally followed by lawyer. I was wondering if the same would hold true here in Minnesota so I did a little research and found that doctors and dentists are the highest paying fields here.

Below you'll see the top-five highest paying jobs in our state based on information from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics report in May 2015.

1) General Pediatricians:  Median Income- $181,960  Entry Level Salary- $125,170

2) General Dentists: Median Income- $178,070  Entry Level Salary- $107,040

3) Family & General Practitioners: Median Income- $175,780 Entry Level Salary- $109,970

4) CEO: Median Income- $165,470  Entry Level Salary- $77,040

5) Specialty Dentists: Median Income- $161,930  Entry Level Salary- $64,530
