Winters in Southeast Minnesota seem to drag on and on and our spring and summer seasons are incredibly unpredictable. So, if you're like me you want to take advantage of every single nice day. Summer doesn't officially start until June 21st, but most of us around here agree that "summer" starts as soon at the temps start hitting 60°.
