There has been quite a bit of news surrounding Target lately. This is just the latest development.

A few weeks ago, we found out that clothing lines Mossimo and Merona were being ousted from the retailer. We also just heard the earth-shattering news that Target is doing away with Cartwheel too! However, when I read this, I was hopeful that Target was going to become an improved version of a store I love.

In the Cities, Target has been testing curbside pickup at three locations. There have been tests done at Maple Grove, Roseville and northeast Minneapolis. They explained how it's going to work saying,

After placing an order online or through the app, customers drive up to one of the designated "parking for order pickup" spaces and employees bring the respective items straight to their cars.

While the pilot program, still in its infancy, is limited to employees (for now) Target hopes to roll it out to customers in the coming months."

I'd definitely like to see this in Rochester! Would you? More new things are on the way from Target too. Today states, "In June, it began testing Target Restock, a next-day delivery service of household essentials in the Twin Cities and same-day delivery (on purchases made in the New York City Tribeca neighborhood store) anywhere in Manhattan and to parts of Brooklyn and Queens. "

I say, bring it on!
