These Vintage Costumes Are Way Scarier Than Anything Made Today

Maybe it's the eerie look of all these black and white photos, but something about them will haunt your dreams more than anything you'll see out this year... and that includes any creepy clowns that decide to knock at your door.

While make-up, latex and to an extent technology have become way more advanced, somehow costumes from back in the day are way more creepy than anything you'll find in your local Halloween costume and accessories store.

I mean, just check these out and tell me the little hairs on the back of your neck don't stand up just a little bit:
