It was built in 2004 for over 6.5-million dollars and can be yours for the low low price of $2,990,000. I dug into the details and found that your monthly mortgage payment would be $15,068 with yearly property taxes of $35,502! 

So what do you get for nearly 3-million bucks? The property has close to 11,000 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms.  (Shouldn't you get more than three bedrooms for three million dollars?!?) The house also features a second kitchen, a formal and informal dining room, a huge bar, a movie theater, and a three car garage.
