I've heard the horror stories - having a baby will ruin your bladder forever. The control that was once your's, will forever belong to that child - until now! Gwyneth Paltrow wants you take back that control. Check out her top tip to strengthening your pelvic floor. 

According to Goop, "Because so many of us have lost our connection to this web of muscles (the pelvic floor), we’ve also lost the ability to mindfully relax the area—and so over the years, it loses range of motion, tone, and flexibility" i.e. bladder control...

You already pee in the shower (yeah, it's no secret and it actually prevents athlete's foot, so it's OK), so why not give this little tip a try? Gwyneth says VIA her Goop website "Try peeing in the shower squatting down."  It's supposedly better than sitting on the toilet.
