Who is America's favorite television personality?
According to TheHarrisPoll.com, David Letterman and Bill O'Reilly have fallen out of the Top 10. They were last year's tenth and ninth respectively. Jerry Seinfeld and Oprah Winfrey tie for tenth place this year. Seinfeld is back for the first time since 2005. Must be the boost from his web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Oprah is back after a year off, which followed 21 straight years in the Top 10. Jon Stewart ties Tim Allen for eighth place. Stewart drops from sixth place last year. Tim Allen, like Seinfeld is back for the first time since 2005. Maybe he's getting a bump from his Last Man Standing sitcom. Blue Bloods star Tom Selleck moves up from last year's eighth position to seven this year. Jim Parsons from The Big Bang Theory checks in at six.
