Top Ten Coldest U.S. Cities Includes Rochester and Two Other Minnesota Cities
Extremely cold air will hit Minnesota this week and cause people to ask the age-old question – why do we live here?!?
Tuesday’s high will be 29 degrees but it will feel much colder when the wind picks up early in the afternoon. Wind Chills after lunch on Tuesday will be below zero. The actual high temp on Wednesday and Thursday will zero with wind chill readings those two days in the 10 to 20 below range. Nasty cold.
Niche, a data website, put out a list of the coldest cities in the contiguous United States. *that last part is important – don’t post about Alaska on our Facebook page. Alaska isn’t in the contiguous U.S.*
Rochester and two other Minnesota cities landed in the top ten.
