Millennial Home Ownership Rate
Minnesota ranks #1 in millennial homeownership rate. This demographic is supposed to be going for experiences, not a thing. But if that experience is owning a home, then Minnesota is the #1 place to be. Sure it's not the least expensive in the nation, but Minnesota and Rochester are a lot more affordable than other places.
