Two Years in Prison for Brutal Domestic Assault
A Rochester man has been sentenced to two years in prison for convictions stemming from a brutal assault on his wife earlier this year.
29-year-old Abdullahi Omar Sheikh recently pleaded guilty to domestic assault and terroristic threats charges for tying up his wife and whipping her with an electrical cord over a period of hours. The attack in April left the woman’s body covered with bruises.
