Washington Man Uses Social Media to Turn 13 Year-Old Stillwater Girl into an Online Slave

A 19-year old man from Washington has been charged with using social media to control a 13-year-old Stillwater girl.

Authorities say the crime is straight out of the book “Fifty Shades of Grey.”

The man, Cheyenne Foster, instructed the the girl to wear a collar and gave her orders to follow. He referred to himself as "Hero" and named his victim “Kitten.”

Her parents discovered what was going on when they found the list of rules in her bedroom. The criminal complaint says Foster’s rules were centered around control and were not sexual in nature and it's believed that there are other girls he targeted at Stillwater Junior High.

Stillwater schools sent a letter to parents telling them about the investigation. Meanwhile, the seventh grader is getting help from counselors.
