Watch the New ‘Guardians of the Galaxy 2′ Trailer!

This looks just as awesome as the first!

While this isn't a complete trailer, this "sneak peek" shows that Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team's adventures as they travel the outer reaches of the cosmos in search of Peter Quill's parents.

The footage, according to director James Gunn, is meant to pique the appetites and curiosity of fans who were’t able to catch an early look at the film during San Diego Comic-Con.

The movie brings the original cast back: Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper), and even Tiny Groot (Vin Diesel).

Catching most audiences by surprise the first time around, I think the second installment will be equally great.  Which is a rare thing these days in Hollywood!

The movie is slated to be released May 5, 2017.
