When you're expecting everyone will try to predict the sex of your unborn baby.   We aren't finding out until the baby comes in August and this is driving everyone (except us) crazy.

Everyone has shared their method of predicting the baby's gender. (Most are predicting a boy)  Some have sworn by the ring trick, others prefer the Chinese calendar,  many think they can tell based on how my wife's stomach is positioned.

Have you ever heard that women that suffer from morning sickness all day are having a girl?  The Mayo Clinic says this myth might have some truth to it. Studies have found that women with a severe form of morning sickness are more likely to give birth to girls.

The clinic says the only effective way to discover whether it's a boy or a girl is to get an ultrasound and they say that's only 80-90 accurate.  I can't imagine the surprise those 10-20% of parents have.

Check out what Mayo has to say about all of these pregnancy myths.
