West Concord Man Pleads Guilty to Criminal Sexual Conduct
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM NEWS) - A West Concord man has entered into a plea agreement to settle three criminal cases involving sexual assault allegations.
34-year-old Mark Ott entered Alford pleas to second and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct charges during an appearance in Olmsted County Court on Tuesday. The charges stem from sexual contact with two girls under the age of 13 four years ago. The plea means he doesn't admit guilt, but acknowledges there is sufficient evidence to convict him.
Ott, who is scheduled to be sentenced January 20th, had also been accused of forcing an adult woman to have sex against her will on three occasions in 2011.
