Apparently, you go outside to shovel?

So anyone who knows me knows how devoted am I to sports.

Good or bad. Through scandals and in heartbreak. Any given Sunday. I breathe, bleed and live for my sports teams.

Of course, it's rare when I can finally experience what happened last night.

The last half hour of the game I completely shut down and sat by myself at the house party we were at because, well, I've seen this ending to a Vikings season before. Numerous times, and they all still sit in the pit of my stomach.

But when Diggs caught that ball and ran it into the endzone... I couldn't believe it, and I STILL don't believe it. My wife jumped into my arms and cried (and maybe peed a little) and our friends all came at me with hugs and handshakes.

It was the perfect ending to a fantastic game.

So as we all emerged from the basement and realized four inches of snow had fallen, we were pretty shocked.

After cleaning off our cars and then driving from one side of town to the other, I took on the task of shoveling my walk and driveway. Because I had so much energy!

It's Minnesota and yes I own a snowblower. But I just wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet outside and try to collect my thoughts of what just transpired... and as you can tell by my Facebook Live video below, I really didn't know what else to do:

Regardless how the rest of our season goes, I’m thankful for this moment right here. A moment when my team finally caught a break.

I just wish I'd dove into the snow to make a snow angel at the end.

Maybe next week?

It was a moment Vikings fans will never forget. And now, you can relive it every time you get a phone call. Check it out here.
