What The Average American Will Spend On Halloween Plus The Top Costumes Of 2015

The National Retail Federation just released their projection for Halloween spending. They say spending in 2015 will top $6.9 billion.

The average American will spend about $74 on decorations, candy, and costumes.

The NRF also conducted a survey to find the most popular costumes of the year.
