Where Is the Worst Parking Lot in Rochester?

Last week, I saw a picture that made me do the happy dance! The "minefield of potholes" and "horrendous bottom-out speed bumps" that we call the parking lot belonging to Hobby Lobby, is in the process of becoming drive-able again. I personally thought this was the worst lot in Rochester, but from what I'm hearing from other residents, there are worse. What parking lot do you think is the worst? 

So what do you think? Does Hobby Lobby take the cake, or are one of these the worst lots in Rochester?
