Supposedly it's suppose to make you look years younger. I thought I'd give it a try. Here are some of the recommended "poses." 

I love yoga! I think it's great for your mind, body and soul. So when I heard that people were doing "facial yoga," I was obviously intrigued. Hearing it can make you look younger definitely doesn't hurt!

A new study actually proves that regularly (every other day for about 30 minutes) doing facial yoga will make you look 2 years younger in 20 weeks.

The Daily Mail says it's because facial exercises increase the size of muscles in the face, making cheeks look fuller and firmer.

The study's participants were highly satisfied with the outcomes, noting significant improvement in 18 out of 20 of their facial features. Upper and lower cheek fullness was particularly improved.
