Employees of Townsquare Media, Gillette Pepsi, and participating sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each not eligible.

Decision of the judges is final.

All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to sign a waiver releasing Townsquare Media and participating sponsors from any liability in conjunction with their winning.

One winner per family and/or household may apply per specific contest rules.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of qualified entries.

Winners agree to allow the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness for publicity purposes without compensation.

All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be picked up within 30 days of winning.

KROC will not notify winners of the time remaining on their winnings. It is the winner's responsibility to claim their winnings within the 30 day period. All unclaimed winnings will be forfeited. Proper identification (valid driver’s license, passport, state id, military id) is required.

All prizes are nontransferable, void where prohibited by law. Contests are open to US residents only.

Specific contests may have an addendum which is to be included with the basic contest rules.

In the event a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to the prize which can then be awarded to a contest runner up at the discretion of KROC.

Additions or deletions to these rules are subject to the discretion of KROC and may be enacted at any time.
