Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police were called to a business at the Crossroads Shopping Center late Thursday afternoon after a woman carrying a large pipe came into the store and threatened an employee.

Police Captain John Sherwin says the responding officers learned the 29-year-old woman with the pipe was the former roommate of the 23-year-old female employee of the Dollar Tree Store. She was unharmed and the manager of the business managed to direct Tina Gordon outside by the time police arrived at the scene around 5 PM.

Gordon was taken into custody on suspicion of second-degree assault and terroristic threats.
