Woman Steals TV By Shoving It Up Her Skirt

Police in Costa Rica have released a video of a woman stealing a TV.  People steal stuff everyday, right - so why is this story gaining global attention?  She snatched the TV by shoving it up her skirt and walking off. The cops are still trying to track her down.  Check out the surveillance video:
