It's not uncommon to a kitty in a cast or a dog with a giant cone over around it's neck after a surgery. After all, when it comes to our pets, we're willing to do anything to keep them healthy and happy. But would you do this much and spend this much on your goldfish?

Besides seeing a fish going belly up, I'm not sure how to tell if a fish isn't "feeling well." Perhaps it's because this fishy's owner didn't notice any tiny fish feces in the bottom of the bowl that lead to it being taken to the local vet in Norfolk, England, where it was diagnosed with constipation. Not to worry, though, because there's an operation for that.

One nurse administered tiny bubbles' worth of anaesthesia into it's bowl, another nurse monitored the it's heartbeat with a probe, all while the vet went up into the fish's puny poo hole and broke up the blockage that was causing the wee carp's constipation.

The cost? $459!

I'm not here to hate on this guy for spending this, God knows I've spent hundreds of dollars on a few occasions to bring my pooch out of poor health, but that seem's a little steep to save a pet whose home is smaller than a toilet bowl it could have plopped into when it floated to the top, right?! Have you ever spent this much on a living thing so tiny before?
