120 Elton Hills Drive NW, Rochester, MN 55901This small coffee house chain, based in the Twin Cities, offers some great coffee in the area. Evidently, people also like the breakfast options - at least at the Elton Hills Drive location.I've had their coffee and some of their baked goods, but I haven't tried their full breakfast items there.
Pannekoeken
6 1st Ave NW, Rochester, MN 55901Located in downtown Rochester, the restaurant's name is just downright fun to say! "Pannekoeken!" Great breakfast menu there, with one Yelp reviewer commenting, "The Pannekoeken (first time I'd had one) was fun and I felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast. They actually sing [when] they bring it to you."
Grandma's Kitchen
1514 N Broadway, Rochester, MN 55906An old-fashioned breakfast place, Grandma's Kitchen is a favorite with our family. One Yelp reviewer said, "We ate breakfast and it was good, the staff was friendly and the coffee just kept on coming. Yummy hash browns and a delicious home cooked omelet."
Five West

It seems to be one of THE places to go for brunch, with one Yelp reviewer saying, "I LOVE their brunch menu. My favorites are the S'more Waffle and the Corn Beef Hash." Another added, "This place is EXCELLENT! Their breakfast is the best in town."
Canadian Honker Restaurant

In terms of their breakfasts, their omelets, Eggs Benedict (including one with smoked salmon), and their hash browns were Yelp reviewers' favorites.

The breakfast is outstanding. The portions are enough to leave you bloated walking out the door."
