I used to own a Blackberry, then an Android, now I'm on my third iPhone in as many years thanks to my current network provider.

But you know what all five of those phones have in common with each other? All five confused the living crap out of me with all their apps and fancy-shmancy functions!

God I sound like my parents, but it's true! They call them "smart phones", but that doesn't mean the operator has to be though, am I right?
