How Americans Like Their Steak
The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association conducted a survey to find out how American's like their steak and what cut of meat they prefer most.
T-bones were the top choice, most people said they preferred their steaks to be well done, and the majority said they like their steak grilled not cooked in a smoker.

Eat This, Not That! recently ranked the most popular steakhouses in the country and Texas Roadhouse took the top spot.
