The restaurant chain Chili's known for the mind sticking commercial involving their baby-back ribs returning, is the latest business victim to have data hacked from it. The restaurant chain said the breach happened sometime during March and April, but that it didn't find out about it until Friday.

Malware was used to gather payment card information, including credit and debit card numbers and cardholder names.

It says a number of its restaurants were affected, but hasn't yet said how many and where they're located.

The restaurant says there's "no reason to believe" customers' information will be at risk at its restaurants going forward. In the press release, Chili's stated that it is doing the following regarding the hack:

We are working with third-party forensic experts to conduct an extensive investigation to confirm the nature and scope of this incident. Law enforcement has been notified of this incident and we will continue to fully cooperate. We are working to provide fraud resolution and credit monitoring services for those Guests who may have been impacted. This website will be updated when this information becomes available.

This latest breach has plenty of people saying they want their data back, data back, data back.
