A New Women’s Boutique Just Opened in Downtown Rochester

A new pop-up boutique has opened in downtown Rochester! This cute little shop just opened on October 1st and it's a part of an initiative that the Rochester Downtown Alliance and Destination Medical Center put together called Downtown Next Door.

What is Rochester's Downtown Next Door?

Downtown Next Door started at the end of 2025. I shared more details about the initiative last year. It gives us cool new places to shop and it gives up and coming businesses a chance to try out owning a brick and mortar store in a vacant storefront.

There are four storefronts that are a part of this initiative:

325 South Broadway
328 South Broadway
324 South Broadway
320 South Broadway

One of those is the Fagan Studios building and they just welcomed a new pop-up called Beck and Co. Studio.

Beck and Co. Studio Boutique Now Open in Downtown Rochester

Beck and Co. Studio just opened up their pop-up location and they women's clothes and accessories. In their Facebook bio, they say that their boutique is "a space for those who believe that getting dressed is never just about clothes - it's about choosing how we show up."

The hours are Mondays and Thursdays 5:30 - 8 PM, Saturdays 10 AM - 4 PM, and Sundays 11 AM - 3 PM.

When I went to grab a picture of the storefront earlier today they weren't open, but  peaking inside I wish they were, the clothes in the window were so cute! I'll have to try and stop by soon.
