Jennifer Jones was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis a condition that made breathing very difficult. According to KIMT News her lung function was down to just 10.8 percent in October. Then the Mayo Clinic performed a little magic!

The powerful footage, which you can watch above, shows the first breath she took after receiving a transplant at the Rochester hospital. She told KIMT News, "At first I was scared and then it was like, 'oh, my goodness, I can breathe! I can still breathe and I'm still taking in all this air,' and it was overwhelming. It was incredible."
