Change of Address for Rochester Sex Offender
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department is providing public notice of a change of address for a local Level 3 predatory sex offender.
A statement issued today indicates 41-year-old Robert Tolbert has left a supervised residential facility at the Olmsted County campus near the RCTC campus to live in a residence in the 1400 block of 4th Avenue Southeast.
Tolbert's criminal history includes the use of physical force to engage in sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl, who contracted a sexually transmitted disease as a result of the attack. He was also prosecuted for sexual contact with a four-year-old girl, who also became infected by a sexually transmitted disease.
Because he was the subject of a public notification meeting when he was released from prison back in May, the Rochester Police Department will not be holding another meeting regarding his change of address.
