Charges – State Trooper Sent Himself Woman’s Nude Photos
Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News) - A veteran State Trooper is facing felony stalking charges.
36-year-old Albert Kuehne of Dayton is accused of sending himself nude photos from the woman's cell phone. A criminal complaint filed in Hennepin County Court alleges the trooper took possession of the phone after the 25-year-old woman was involved in a single-car crash on a Twin Cities freeway and she was detained for suspicion of drunk driving.
After she was treated and released from a hospital, the woman returned home and discovered that her cell phone had been accessed and nude photos had been texted to an unknown number. The charges say the woman's boyfriend called the number and Kuehne eventually identified himself, which led to an investigation by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
The trooper's phone was seized by investigators and three photos of the woman were found on the device.
