There are 63 National Parks across the US and only one of them is in Minnesota (Voyageur's National Park). And since today (August 25th) is National Park Day, I figured it was the perfect day to talk about some National Parks that are close to home.

Some of them you really have to plan a trip around if you want to visit, but there are a few that are relatively nearby. You may still need to plan someplace to stay but it's not like you're going to Hawaii or something (although that would be amazing).

If you'd like to cross a National Park or two off of your bucket list, Stacker broke down the National Parks that are the closest to Rochester. That way you don't have to travel too far.
