Did Taylor Swift Use Stolen Artwork to Promote Her Album?

Is this for real, or just a money grab from an artist trying to make a (bigger) name for herself?

Ally Burguieres, who's an artist from New Orleans, has accused Taylor Swift of using one of her designs to promote Swift's latest album 1989.

Burguieres then reached out to Taylor Swift and her team and received a disappointing response last week.  It turns out that Swift's team agreed to pay Burguieres, but under one condition: that she donate all the money to charity!

The letter has since been shared more than 1,400 times...
