Drink Wine to Help Build Accessible Home For Women in Rochester
Do you like wine? Do you like the world (and especially our little corner of it)? Then you'll love the 30th Annual Wines of the World to benefit Bear Creek Services! And this year it's virtual, which means in Rochester, Minnesota, or not, you can be in the comfort of your own home, bidding, enjoying amazing food, and wine delivered right to you.
Proceeds will go to Bear Creek Services construction of a wheelchair accessible group home for women who have developmental disabilities later in 2021.
But first...who or what the heck is Bear Creek Services? They're another piece in the puzzle that makes Rochester such a valuable place to live. I could copy and paste information from their website, but I think Breanna, telling her story, says it all.
The online auction has everything from a Coach New York Crossbody Bag to a Traeger Pro Pellet Grill and everything in-between. It's live now and ends April 16th at 9PM. Click here to see the Bear Creek Services Online Auction.
And the food? Chef Christopher Hoddap (Canadian Honker Catering) put together three great options...including vegetarian and gluten free options. And the wine is included! All food orders must be in this Friday, April 9, 2021. Click here for the Bear Creek Services Wines of the World Covid Style food, delivery, and registration options.
PS - The Bear Creek Services Walk & Roll is set up for Saturday, September 11th, at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds! Our own James Rabe will be your emcee and supply the music.
As always, if you have a comment, complaint, or concern about something I wrote here, please let me know: email@example.com
