Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man today entered a guilty plea to a felony false imprisonment charge for his involvement in a kidnapping of assault that occurred a little over 2 years ago.

36-year-old Jamie Buck was accused of taking part in the abduction of an Eyota area man who was taken to a mobile home on the far north edge of Rochester, where he was tied up and beaten with a padlock placed inside a sock. The victim, who suffered 2 broken ribs, was also punched and kicked in the stomach before he was driven to another location in Rochester and released.

Buck, who had also faced 2 felony assault charges in the case, Is scheduled to be sentenced on September 18th. The other man involved in the kidnapping and assault, 34-year-old Brent Espenson is serving a 33-month prison sentence.
