Heavy Rain May Hit Area Tomorrow Night

Parts of southeast Minnesota, northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin may be pounded by storms and heavy rain tomorrow night and continuing into Wednesday.

 The National Weather Service says some areas

could receive 1 - 3 inches of rain - or more.  After that system moves out, a blast of cold air will arrive, producing some very cool weather for a few days.
